I pushed harder, learned more, collected certifications, and searched for the next breakthrough…only to realize the thing I was searching for wasn't another strategy.
It was safety.
Today, my work is centered around one simple mission:
Helping people feel safe in their bodies again.
Through grounding practices, breathwork, Reiki, intuitive guidance, and nervous system regulation, I help people move from survival mode back to themselves.
